Meditate on the love that bloomed today
feel it in your
bones
every way they showed up for you
Let it fill you,
with joy
quiet affection
from those who hold you close,
steady
in your corner of the universe.

BE
To be loved
is simply to be seen
recognized in the soft light of someone’s being.
Darling, I see you
we are joy

My favorite people comfort me,
full,
grateful for these souls.
I release old shadows,
let go of past pain.
overflowing
appreciation
Resting in their beautiful presence.
In their warmth
doubt slips away
release
I believe in my worth,
I am free of shame,
of this there is no doubt
I offer you this beautiful meditation on gratitude, presence, and self-worth. Allowing myself to truly feel and absorb the love and support of those around me and acknowledge the joy they bring has become such a healing practice. I hope this captures the essence of letting love flow into every part of my being, grounding me in the truth that to be loved is simply to be seen, recognized, and valued for who I am.
Releasing negative memories and emotions has been an act of self-compassion. Letting go and making room for more joy and connection. I want to keep cultivating my worthiness and freedom from shame and self-doubt. Giving myself permission to believe in my values is a powerful choice.
I feel so much love and gratitude for the people around me. I believe we all deeply long to be at peace with ourselves. I’m grateful for the opportunity to share this, and I hope I continue to feel surrounded by love and inner freedom.
