The following is an outline of my recent work experience. Each role has provided an opportunity to learn, grow, and continue developing as a communication professional, educator, and innovator.  I have high hopes for making a difference in the lives of young adults and non-conventional students. I work to improve the mood of online communicators and cultivate classroom-based, respectful conduct that carries into the real world.

Through Higher Education, I work to foster a sense of belonging, create opportunities to engage in self-discovery and critical inquiry and serve as a resource for creating inclusive and affirming spaces. My work engages in opportunities that empower, educate, and activate high school and college students in social justice, equity, anti-ableism, and anti-racism.I am determined to make a difference in people's lives through the power of accessible resources for leisure, work, and education. I support accessible education that is inclusive of all individuals, promoting belonging and success. I contribute to research that reveals how intersections of identity affect communication and work to enact a sense of belonging for all humans.
